By Credit Card
If you choose to purchase products by credit card, use our shopping cart system. Each item you choose will be added to your shopping cart. You can view the items, change the items or remove the items in your shopping cart at anytime. Visa, Master Card, and American Express are all accepted.
You can now phone your order in by calling 1-800-469-1126 and using your credit card! Your order will be shipped out usually within a few days! Please note that the fastest most efficient way to order is via our website. This keeps the cost down (time, phone costs, paper etc.).

By Phone
If you choose to purchase products by phone, call us at 1-800-469-1126 between the hours of 9:00am to 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time. If you reach a recording leave your phone number and name and I'll return your call as soon as possible. You can either pay over the phone with your credit card, send a check or Money order. I'll send your order out as soon as I receive your payment.

We do not have a paper catalog. We are solely internet based, this saves so much paper and makes our trees grow with delight!

Via Web based Payment
We accept Paypal payments. Just send us an email telling me what you'd like to order. I'll email you back with a total including shipping. You then make your payment with Paypal.

Shipping
In most cases, shipping is sent via Priority Mail. Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and then 2-3 business days for delivery. Usually you will get your package sooner than 4-6 business days but it is best to allow atleast 6 business days for delivery. if you need to have an order expidited, please call the toll free number to get a quote on express shipping options. This is not included in the free shipping offer.

If your order is large (cloth diapers, laundry detergent, etc) your order will be shipped via UPS. These orders will take a bit longer to get to you (7-10 business days). There are also times when we need to special order items (Large and small slings) or items are made just for your order (wool diaper covers, nursing necklaces) these items will take up to an extra week to be made just for you.

The above shipping rates are based on average size orders. Occasionally I will contact you if the shipping needs to be adjusted either up or down.

Packaging Materials
I do my best to recycle packaging materials. So, you may receive a box with peanuts or bubble wrap. These have been recycled from a package that I received. I feel that this way they are getting used once more before going to the dump! If you can use any of the packaging materials again, that makes the planet happy!

Sales Tax
Since we moved back to Oregon, there will be no more sales tax! 8^)

Refunds and Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted if items are not worn, and not washed or if the are defective. When trying on a diaper or cover please do so over a clean diaper or undergarment. We prefer that all items are exchanged or refunded with original packaging. If exchanging an item because of size, please include postage for new items.

When refunding an item that received free shipping, the original shipping costs will not be refunded when returned. For example, if you order and Ergo, the total cost for you is $85.00. If you decide it doesn't work for you or you don't like the color etc and return it, the orginal shipping that was spent to ship it to you will be taken out of the oringal $85.00. So, if it cost $5.00 to ship to you then you will receive $80.00 back as your refund.

Please Contact Us prior to exchange so we can hold any sizes you are in need of. All refunds will be made in the manner in which they were received. Original shipping is not refunded unless a manufacturer defect is found on them item. Refunds are not accepted on sale or discontinued items.
